Our breath becomes shallow when we are angry or
irritated. Same breath becomes deep and smooth when we are happy ,relaxed

personality. It is reverse also , If we learn how to breathe we can be relaxed
with the help of deep breathing
only .
Deep
breathing usually called diaphragmatic breathing is most helpful and should be
our natural way of breathing only.
